LawFlex is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support a leading technology-driven organization on a contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career lawyer to gain hands-on experience with global legal operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

About the Role

As part of the client’s legal team, you will assist in the review, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements, support compliance and corporate governance initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and support negotiation of commercial contracts including NDAs, SOWs, and MSAs
• Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide basic legal support on employment law queries and internal policy matters
• Assist in contract lifecycle management and implementation of legal tech tools
• Support the legal team in governance, data protection (including GDPR/HIPAA), and IP compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, sales, HR, and compliance

Candidate Profile

• Newly qualified lawyer to 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Prior in-house experience or exposure to IT/Consulting/Technology sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial contract principles and legal documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working in a hybrid setup
