Senior Legal Counsel

As a Senior Legal Counsel in the commercial contracts domain for a global technology-driven organization based in India (Delhi NCR), you will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise and guidance to support cutting-edge business initiatives across international markets. With a contract duration of 6 months (with potential extension) on a full-time basis, the role will be located in Central Gurgaon, requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote work per week. Bringing to the table at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for a diverse range of legal matters including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing high-value commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, licensing agreements, JV/consortium agreements, and subcontractor agreements. Your role will also involve advising on legal and regulatory compliance across various global jurisdictions, providing strategic legal counsel on employment law issues, supporting M&A transactions and digital transformation projects, and ensuring adherence to corporate governance, data protection, and IP frameworks. With a background in IT, Telecom, Consulting, or Technology sectors, you will leverage your expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, and risk advisory to guide the business in structuring deals, managing risks, and driving operational excellence.
