Legal Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Legal Coordinator at nCircle Tech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the IT services organization. Your responsibilities will include drafting and maintaining various legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and maintain service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and client agreements. - Track contract lifecycle to ensure timely renewals and compliance. - Assist in monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. - Support audits and maintain statutory records. - Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports. - Maintain accurate and updated legal files and databases. - Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and external legal counsel. - Facilitate approvals and signatures for legal documents. - Identify potential legal risks and escalate to the legal team. - Support in implementing risk mitigation strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in legal coordination or a similar role, preferably in the IT/Technology sector. - Strong understanding of contract law and corporate compliance. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software. - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.,
