Legal Coordinator

As a Legal Coordinator with 2 to 5 years of experience based in Mangalore, India, you will be part of EG's growth story. Working within EG's Group Legal & Compliance department, you will handle a variety of legal matters related to the software business. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Managing different mailboxes related to Group Legal and Compliance (GL&C) - Handling systems such as DocuSign, Ubivox, ZenGRC, etc. - Assisting GL&C with audits, presentations, and signature processes - Managing calendars, events, travel, and other aspects of GL&C - Record retention management for GL&C - Providing miscellaneous support to GL&C as needed To be successful in this role, you should: - Hold a degree in any discipline, preferably Arts and Commerce background - Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Have experience working with systems like DocuSign, Salesforce, or similar - Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in MNC, Law firm, or Global Capability Centre - Be a proactive team player comfortable with taking ownership of assignments - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills - Be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Have a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement - Be business-oriented, service-minded, and detail-oriented with strong cross-organizational communication skills - Fluent in English, both written and spoken What you can expect from EG: - A professional and business-driven environment with exciting projects - Talented and committed colleagues who value collaboration and knowledge sharing - Personal and professional development opportunities - Targeted training courses at EG Academy - Best-in-industry employee benefits,
