to support our legal framework and protect the integrity of our operations in India.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Legal Associate – Litigation & Corporate Advisory

to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in litigation, particularly in handling complex commercial and regulatory matters, drafting legal documents, and ensuring legal compliance for corporate entities.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognized luxury brand and contribute to high-stakes legal matters, franchise agreements, and regulatory frameworks that support our nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters, with a focus on Bombay High Court litigation
• Draft affidavits, legal submissions, opinions, service agreements, and other legal documentation for corporate and institutional clients
• Assist in formulating litigation strategy, performing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance
• Offer legal support on contract negotiations, including franchise agreements, licensing arrangements, and vendor contracts
• Represent the company and its clients in civil, criminal, and arbitration proceedings
• Handle writs, appeals, arbitration, and other commercial disputes independently or in coordination with external counsel
• Draft and review compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate, labor, intellectual property, and commercial laws
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and external legal teams
• Lead the preparation of pleadings and case documentation for arbitration and litigation matters, managing end-to-end workflows
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); candidates with an LL.M. in Corporate/Business Law preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in litigation, arbitration, or corporate legal advisory
• In-depth understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, arbitration rules, and litigation procedures
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to prepare accurate and persuasive legal documents
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters under tight deadlines with a solution-oriented approach
