Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute trademark filing, prosecution, oppositions, renewals, and related proceedings before the Indian Trademark Office (and internationally, if applicable).

• Conduct IP due diligence and assist in patent or trademark portfolio management.

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including:

• Technology Transfer Agreements

• Licensing Agreements

• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

• Joint Venture / Collaboration Agreements

• IP Assignment & Service Agreements

• Provide strategic legal advice on IPR and corporate compliance matters.

• Liaise with clients, government bodies, and associates to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. / LL.M. with specialization or experience in Intellectual Property Law.

• Registered Trademark Attorney (preferred).

• 2–6 years of experience in IP filings, agreements, and legal drafting.

• Strong understanding of Indian and international IP frameworks.

• Excellent legal drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients or projects.
