Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Kanpur Nagar. The Associate will assist with corporate litigation, trademark protection, secretarial compliance, and accounting services. Day-to-day tasks include legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, advising on corporate compliance, and collaborating with other professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive business solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Corporate Litigation skills
• Experience in Trademark Protection and Secretarial Compliance
• Accounting skills and knowledge of Corporate Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in business law and dispute resolution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field
