Indicative Responsibilities

Operations

Consult and handle all corporate legal processes in pursuance of the summary above

Work with internal stakeholders to refine/ implement company policy and position on legal issues

Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks

Draft and review legal documents including agreements, policies, etc.

Research regulations and laws and keep the Organization informed of any prospective changes in law and its impact on conducting business/ operations

Communicate with external parties and Company personnel to schedule meetings, interviews, and interactions

Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems

Contribution to, and implementation of, the litigation strategy of the Organization,

reviewing pleadings, motions and related documentation;

attending and managing hearings, conferences, and court proceedings; and effectively communicating with Business and external counsel(s).

Analyzing and researching case law, statutes, regulations, and documents,

Organizing and managing documents from multiple sources in the course of multi-locational disputes and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems,

Communicating and coordinating with Business and supporting them in replying to the notices received,

Coordinating with external counsel for effective and scheduled appearances,

What we look for!

India qualified lawyer from a reputed law school and/or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a recognized law firm.

Meticulous with a keen analytical ability and excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Good communication & written skills and strong project coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
