Legal Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to legal notices, arbitration matters, and litigation cases.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws, contract laws, property laws, GST, RERA, and other statutory regulations

  .
• Liaise with external lawyers, regulatory authorities, and consultants.
• Maintain proper legal documentation and case records.
• Provide legal advisory to management for risk mitigation and decision-making.

Requirements

• LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification.

• 3–6 years of legal experience

  , preferably in

  construction, contracting, or infrastructure companies

  .
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
