Position : Legal Advisor

📍 Location: Kosamba, Gujarat, India

💼 Offered Salary: CTC ₹3.00 – ₹5.00 LPA

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Advice & Guidance

• Provide expert legal advice to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to the organization’s industry.

2. Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the organization’s interests.

3. Compliance

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

4. Legal Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support business and legal decision-making.
• Analyze legal issues and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Assist in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to support operational and strategic goals.
• Translate legal jargon into clear communication for both legal and non-legal audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).

• Experience:

  3–4 years of relevant experience in a

  manufacturing industry

  setting.

• Legal Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
