Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leasing strategy, tenant acquisition, negotiations, and client relationship management across our warehousing and industrial real estate portfolio.______________

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies for warehouse and industrial spaces.Identify and secure new tenants through networking, site visits, and broker relationships.Lead lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rental structures, and legal documentation.Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.Collaborate with legal, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the leasing process.Analyze market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing.Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and performance metrics for senior management.Represent the company at industry events and with brokerage partners to enhance brand presence.______________

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.7 to 10 years of experience in leasing (preferably in warehousing, industrial, or commercial real estate).Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of lease terms, legal clauses, and market dynamics.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
