Learning Experience Designer

Skillzcafe is a global learning solutions company that helps enterprises design, digitize, and scale impactful learning experiences. We work with leading organizations across industries to deliver high-quality e-learning, video-based learning, and blended programs that solve real business problems.

We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer with 7–10 years of solid Instructional Design experience who can operate as a client-facing lead and end-to-end owner of e-learning delivery.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with strong exposure to clients, teams, and complex learning programs.

What you’ll do

• Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for enterprise e-learning projects
• Lead client discussions, discovery calls, and solutioning conversations
• Translate business problems into effective learning strategies and experiences
• Suggest the right learning formats and approaches (not just follow briefs)
• Own projects from concept → storyboard → development → final delivery
• Coordinate and manage IDs, visual designers, developers, animators, and vendors
• Review outputs to ensure instructional quality, design consistency, and timelines

What we’re looking for

• 7–10 years of experience in Instructional Design / LXD
• Strong background in corporate e-learning delivery
• Comfortable front-ending clients and leading conversations independently
• Hands-on experience across formats:
• Level 1–4 e-learning
• Scenario-based and gamified learning
• Microlearning and blended learning
• Video-based and production-led learning
• Ability to balance strategy + execution
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
