Job Description

The Learning & Development position based in Noida requires a candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, along with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. Problem-solving and analytical skills are also key requirements, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities for this role include scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for managing training logistics, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records. Administering and evaluating training feedback and assessments, as well as assisting in the development of training materials and resources, are also part of the job description. Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploading, user management, report generation, and troubleshooting. Conducting Training Needs Analysis, collaborating with HR and department managers to align training programs with organizational goals, and coordinating with external training providers and vendors are also key responsibilities. The role also involves HR administration tasks such as HR data management, onboarding/offboarding coordination, compliance and documentation maintenance, and general administrative support. Skills required for this position include proficiency in Learning & Development, with a focus on HR-related tasks and processes.
