Education Qualification:

  • MSW – HR / MHRM / MBA – HR (Specialization in HR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    Training Needs Identification (TNI)

    every two years
  • Prepare and execute

    annual & monthly training calendars

  • Coordinate training programs and ensure periodic evaluation
  • Adhere to training processes as per

    ISO Procedures

  • Monitor trainings based on TNI outcomes
  • Conduct

    induction training

    as per ISO / Training SOP
  • Support

    internal, external, and customer audits

    related to L&D
  • Maintain and manage all

    training-related documentation and data

    at the site

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Training & Development concepts
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ISO training processes (preferred)
  • Good documentation and data management skills
