Learning & Development Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate Short Training Programs and Deliver Induction Modules
• Design and Track the Delivery of Training and Development programmes
• Explore and implement new Learning Technologies and MethodologiesPlan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes
• Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs
• Content Development (Create classroom / e-learning modules as per needs)
• Identify T&D needs devise Individual Learning Plans
• Work on L&D related special projects from time to time

CANDIDATE PROFILEEDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of experience in coordination and reporting of L&D programsExperience in Consulting, Big 4, BFSI, Law Firms, HR Consulting Firms etc
• Significant experience in coordination and tracking of Classroom and E-Learning Training program
• Knowledge of software tools like Canva, Adobe etc to create the content
• Proficient in Content Designing and Delivery of Non-Technical Training Modules
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Good ability to build relations with stakeholders
• A Bachelors Degree in Humanities, Business or Psychology
