Job Description

In this role as a Learning & Development Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across all business units. You will play a key role in aligning L&D initiatives with the organization's business goals, fostering a continuous learning culture, and supporting career growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that is in line with the organization's business goals. - Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various business units. - Collaborate with department heads and Project Delivery Heads (PDH) to ensure training programs align with project needs. - Design, develop, and implement technical, soft skills, and leadership training programs for employees at different levels. - Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions using a variety of online and offline learning methods. - Establish metrics to monitor training effectiveness, employee progress, and return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives. - Create career development paths, mentor employees for growth opportunities, and design succession planning in partnership with HR. - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms, while also exploring new training tools, AI-based learning, and gamification techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent development. - Strong understanding of BIM, Architecture, MEP, and Scan to BIM training needs is preferred. - Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies. - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital training solutions. - Preferred qualifications include experience in AEC industry training, knowledge of ZOHO HRMS or similar tools, and certifications in Learning & Development, Training & Development, or Instructional Design.
