Job Description

As a Learning and Organization Development professional at Mahindra Teqo, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, implementing, and administering training and development programs for employees. Your responsibilities will involve leading various projects across Learning, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Diversity and Inclusion. You will collaborate with the organization's leadership to facilitate initiatives and help the organization achieve its objectives through high-impact learning programs aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Leading projects in Learning, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Diversity and Inclusion. - Developing and implementing learning programs to meet business needs and priorities. - Establishing strong partnerships with the business to understand current issues and opportunities. - Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans. - Delivering training sessions and coordinating with stakeholders. - Assessing the success of development plans and maximizing learning opportunities. - Recommending vendors for designing and delivering learning solutions. - Promoting the organization's culture through leadership communication and branding. - Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives for various employee groups. Qualifications and Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Learning and Organization Development or similar roles. - Proficiency in effective learning and development methods. - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and project management. - Experience in budgeting and proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems. - Strong business communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Capability to independently conceptualize and implement OD interventions. - Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field. Role Specifications: - Full-time position based in Mumbai. - 50% Remote: Work From Home + Work From Office (hybrid model). - Reporting to Head HR.
