Learning and Organization Development

As a Learning and Organization Development professional at Mahindra Teqo, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, implementing, and administering development and training programs for employees. You will act as a liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership, facilitating initiatives across the organization. Your focus will be on leading various projects in Learning, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Diversity and Inclusion. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing high-impact learning and development programs aligned with business needs, conducting organizational needs analysis, creating training plans, delivering training, assessing the success of development plans, and recommending external partners for learning solutions. Additionally, you will champion the organization's culture through leadership communication platforms and branding initiatives and drive a positive culture of diversity and inclusion. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Organization Development or similar roles, experience in delivering trainings, knowledge of effective learning methods, familiarity with e-learning platforms, project management skills, proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems, strong business communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A Masters in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid model of 50% remote work (Work From Home + Work From Office). You will report to the Head of HR.
