Key Deliverables:

· Conduct & organize functional, operational, behavioral & Sales training for store employees

· Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new hires + NSO Training

. Basic Content development & TNI

· Identify In-store Trainer & groom them accordingly

· Regular Store visits across & conduct In-store Training activities

. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and work on Feedbacks

ü Regular Customer Service trainings

ü Drive NPS / MSA

LMS & Digital Learnings

ü Handle the LMS portal, Digital Learnings & Training Dashboards

Skills Required for the Role

Any additional education/certification/experience/ exposure required for the role

· MBA Preferred

· Retail Industry (Preferably Food or Hyper Markets)

· TTT Certified

· FSSAI Certified (Preferably)

· Speak Multiple Language

· Willingness to travel (Must)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
