Support - Learning and Development Trainer

You will be responsible for conducting and organizing functional, operational, behavioral, and sales training for store employees. This includes conducting induction and on-the-job training for new hires, as well as NSO Training. You will be involved in basic content development and TNI, identifying in-store trainers, and grooming them accordingly. Regular store visits across various locations will be essential to conduct in-store training activities. It will be your responsibility to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and work on feedback received. Key Objectives that you will be focusing on include driving sales through regular sales trainings, improving cashier efficiency through customized training interventions, and enhancing customer excellence through regular customer service trainings. You will also work towards driving NPS/MSA scores and handling the LMS portal, digital learnings, and training dashboards. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, coaching skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, adaptability, collaboration, and execution excellence are key competencies required for this role. Ideal candidates for this position would have an MBA qualification, experience in the retail industry (preferably food or hypermarkets), TTT certification, FSSAI certification (preferably), proficiency in multiple languages, and a willingness to travel.
