• End to end understanding and hands on experience on various ERPs Siebel, WQM, Work day , Success Factor etc• Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training, such as but not limited to MS Teams• Excellent Communication Skills - orally and in writing• Instructional design or Content development experience• Presentation Skills• Computer/ MS Office skills• Critical problem solving and issue resolution
