Job Summary

The Trainer – Learning & Development (L&D) will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs across multiple functional areas. The role involves designing training content, supporting talent acquisition initiatives, evaluating learning effectiveness, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address skill gaps and enhance organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions across

  Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources

  .
• Design and develop training content, modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning materials aligned with business requirements.
  
• Support hiring initiatives, including

  campus recruitment

  , candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Plan and manage training calendars, maintain training records, track assessment scores, and provide structured feedback.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps andrecommend appropriate learning interventions.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Fresh Graduates / Post-Graduates.

• NIRF Criteria:

  Candidates must be from

  Top 50 NIRF-ranked colleges

  (mandatory).

• Joining:

  Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to train diverse audiences.
  
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills with an interactive training approach.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
  
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in

  MS Office

  and digital learning platforms.
