Learning And Development Specialist

Job Title:

Dynamic, proactive L&D go-getter with a passion for driving change, managing innovative learning platforms, and fostering growth across teams. Focused on enhancing skills, engagement, and organizational impact through strategic training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring smooth platform operations, regular content updates, and user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design targeted learning modules focused on product development, software skills, leadership, and soft skills.
• Plan and run workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to maximize participation and learning impact.
• Track training effectiveness using data and feedback, refining content and delivery to improve outcomes.
• Liaise with external vendors and training consultants to supplement internal L&D programs.
• Support employee career development through coaching, mentoring, and personalized learning paths.
• Promote a continuous learning culture aligned with ETPs vision and business strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest L&D trends, platforms, and technologies for ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in software or technology companies.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with modern learning methods like microlearning, gamification, and digital content creation.
