The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for managing, designing, and implementing various learning and development programs. The role includes overseeing training initiatives, developing instructional materials, managing learning management systems, and supporting leadership development programs. The individual will collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create effective development plans to enhance employee performance and growth within the organization. It's a sales trainer profile, so enabling sales person to achieve his or her target will be one's target.
