Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at HOTEL POLO TOWERS GROUP. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the field.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and professional growth.
• Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and develop targeted solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with training management systems and software applications.
• Strong evaluation and reporting skills to measure the impact of training initiatives.
