Learning and Development Manager

As a Trainer Business Partner Vertical, your role will involve designing and delivering impactful training programs for the sales teams in the business partner vertical. This will include focusing on sales effectiveness, leadership development, and skill enhancement to drive business growth and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute training programs for sales teams. - Facilitate workshops on soft skills and sales effectiveness. - Roll out leadership and managerial development programs for current and future leaders. - Engage proactively with all sales team members to understand their specific challenges in achieving Key Result Areas (KRAs). - Analyze business opportunities and assess current skill gaps within the sales team. - Conduct training needs analysis, refreshers, and performance evaluations. - Track and report on training effectiveness, learning impact, and ROI. - Publish monthly/quarterly dashboards and insights on development progress. Key Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training, preferably in the BFSI sector. - Proven track record in Sales Training, Leadership Development, and Capability Building. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.,
