1. Product & Sales Capability Building
a) Design and roll out capability-building programs for product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and channel enablement.b) Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways.2. Behavioural Training Journeya) Develop, implement, and scale behavioural and leadership development journeys across levels.b) Drive adoption of best-in-class behavioural training methodologies and continuous learning practices.3. LMS Management & Digital Learninga) Oversee LMS administration, adoption, and reporting.b) Implement digital learning strategies including microlearning, blended learning, and interactive learning formats.c) Evaluate and onboard digital learning tools, platforms, and content providers.4. L&D Operations, Analytics & Impacta) Lead end-to-end L&D operations, budgeting, vendor management, and governance.b) Build data-driven frameworks to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.c) Provide insights and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- 1215 years of relevant L&D experience, preferably in consumer durable, retail, FMCG, or large-scale organizations.
- Proven expertise in sales capability building, leadership development, and digital learning ecosystems.- Strong project management, communication, and people leadership skills.- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
