Job Description

As a Learning & Development Advisor your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

Working with the L&D Manager to support the Learning and Development strategy for IRIS Software ensuring that we provide a learning environment that encompasses a blended approach
Design and deliver English language development initiatives to enhance communication skills and support employees in achieving professional proficiency.
Develop and facilitate communications training programs, incorporating coaching techniques to build confidence and effectiveness in verbal and written communication.
Support with the delivery and design of virtual and face to face workshops.
Lead by example to create and foster a coaching culture that develops a supportive and progressive learning environment.
Working closely with the Talent team to ensure the succession programmes e.g. High Potential programme provide development opportunities
Working across the business to support our teams to strengthen their skills through learning interventions e.g. team building.
Identifying and monitoring training KPIs, using insights & data to inform Senior Leaders and Leadership teams of progress
Supporting initiatives that develop talent and potential for future leadership roles
Design and develop digital learning using software such as Articulate
Responsible for the Onboarding of all new starters in the Business
Maximise engagement on the LMS using promotions and building focused content.
Work collaboratively with the comms team to promote and update colleagues on L&D offering

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
6 to 10+ Years of experience in L&D is mandatory
Candidates should be willing to work in UK Shift (2 PM to 11 PM) with Any Graduation.
