Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

  • Organize GIA, IGI, and customized training programs, liaising with regional managers, trainers, stores, and merchandising teams.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Manage venue, travel, and resource arrangements for training sessions.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain MIS reports, certification records, and feedback mechanisms.
  • LMS Administration: Update training schedules, attendance, and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Ensure clear communication with external trainers and logistics partners.
  • Content & Communication: Create presentations, emails, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 23 years of experience in Learning & Development coordination or training support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards), PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
