Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Need Identification & Vendor Management

Liaise with stakeholders to assess training needs across departments.
Identify and coordinate with external training vendors and partners for program execution.

Training Coordination

Gather participant nominations from departments for upcoming training sessions.
Schedule sessions and send meeting invites to nominated participants.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate and follow up with departments, trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and alignment.

Attendance Management

Ensure accurate collection and submission of training attendance records for documentation and compliance.

Feedback Analysis

Collect feedback from participants and trainers post-training.
Analyse data to assess training effectiveness and share actionable insights.

Reporting & Query Resolution

Maintain training trackers, prepare MIS reports, and respond to queries related to training activities.

Induction Support

Assist in planning and executing induction and onboarding programs for new joiners.
