Acquire new customers for Corporate Salary Accounts and third-party products by effectively managing the corporate sales unit.
Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Strategize prospecting and ensure an efficient and effective approach to target client segments.
Cross-sell all banking and allied products along with the core offering.
Provide regular training on products and selling skills to the sales team.
Recruit sales staff as and when required.
Develop and continuously upgrade innovative sales channels and techniques to maximize productivity.
Implement sales monitoring mechanisms to measure team productivity.
Monitor sourcing quality to identify training and development needs.
Drive sales processes aligned with quality standards and risk controls.
Track competitor activities and effectively counter market efforts.
Set business standards for acquisition and cross-sell performance.
Evaluate available training programs and recommend suitable options for team development.
