Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Defining the leadership hiring needs: Working with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements and skills needed for a leadership position. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: Creating effective strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, networking events, and executive search firms. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs): Tracking metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to measure the team's success and make necessary improvements. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates : Using various tools and techniques, including online databases, networking, and referrals, to find qualified candidates. Pre-screening and evaluating resumes: Reviewing applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications and requirements of the role. Conducting initial interviews and assessments: Using structured interview formats and assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and leadership potential. Interviewing and Selection: Managing the interview process: Coordinating multiple interviews with different stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and subject matter experts. Evaluating candidates' strengths and weaknesses: Assessing candidates' leadership abilities, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role. Making final selection decisions : Recommending the best candidate to hiring managers, considering all factors and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and values. Other Responsibilities: Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders: Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and collaborative experience. Providing feedback and support to candidates: Offering constructive feedback and support to both successful and unsuccessful candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices: Continuously learning about new technologies, strategies, and techniques in leadership hiring.
