Leadership Hiring Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior leadership roles across Sales (ASM, BSM, RSM,ZSM) and Corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Strategy,Operations etc.).
• Partner closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team dynamics.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for leadership roles.
• Drive passive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Ensure high-quality candidate assessment, including behavioral and leadership competency evaluations.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback closure, and offer negotiations for senior hires.
• Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.
• Track hiring metrics, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with TA processes.

Qualifications

• MBA / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
  
• Proven experience handling

  midsenior level positions independently

• Background in

  corporate, consulting, or in-house TA

  preferred.
