Job Description

As a Leader - B2B Sales at LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will need a blend of analytical skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating a sales team. - Coaching and mentoring sales representatives to improve performance. - Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve targets, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and expanding into new markets. Monitoring and tracking sales performance, making adjustments as needed will also be crucial. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, negotiating contracts, closing deals with customers, and identifying and developing new key clients. You will analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and prepare regular sales reports. Collaborating with departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service will be essential to align sales efforts. Effective communication with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders is key. Your qualifications should include: - Education: Bachelor/ Post Graduate in business studies - Experience: 10-15 years relevant experience in B2B sales, Managing Key Accounts for Institutional and Project Business, exposure of managing large and remote working teams. Experience in Setting Up Showrooms/ Experience Centers will be an added advantage - Relevant industry experience from the Building Materials Industry would be a benefit - Language: Hindi and business-level English (written and verbal) Skills required for this role include proven leadership and team management skills, strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities. You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strategic thinking, product knowledge, and proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and other relevant technologies are essential for success in this role.,
