Job Summary

We are looking for a

Lead UX Designer

to drive

high-value UX initiatives

for our clients while

strengthening design execution and strategy

. You will play a pivotal role in

delivering exceptional design work

, leading UX engagements, and

partnering with stakeholders

to align UX efforts with business outcomes.In addition to strong UX leadership, we value individuals who are

designing features that involve AI decision-making, agentic workflows, or AI-native product ideas

help improve internal processes, mentor designers, and contribute to hiring and presales

Key Responsibility

Leading UX Strategy & Project Outcomes

  • Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals
  • Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives
  • Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client facing activities)
  • Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX outputs
  • Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business impact
  • Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal teams

Strengthening UX Processes & Team Growth

  • Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking
  • Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and output
  • Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new designers
  • Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential clients

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts
  • Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus
  • Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly preferred

  • Client & Stakeholder Management - Experienced in managing client expectations, aligning UX solutions with business goals, and influencing product direction
  • AI Readiness & Curiosity - A demonstrated interest or early experience in designing AI-powered features or leveraging AI tools in UX work
  • Project Execution & Process Management - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across UX, development, and product teams
  • UX Expertise & Technical Knowledge - Proficient in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing, with a solid understanding of product development
  • Effective Communication - Strong ability to present, advocate, and articulate UX value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
