Job Description

Role Overview:

The Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering, designing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across the organization. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both virtual and in-person) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
  • Customize training content to fit the needs of different audiences and bands.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to keep training content relevant and up to date.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, adult learning principles, and new training technologies.
  • Prepare reports and present insights on training outcomes to leadership.
  • Manage & Conduct Induction(as and when required) for the respective location

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any or related field.
  • Exposure to virtual and classroom facilitation is mandatory
  • Proven experience (

    typically 5+ years

    ) as a trainer or lead trainer in a BPO or corporate settings.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Learning needs analysis and program structuring
  • Experience in designing instructional materials and e-learning content.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
