Job Description Job Title Lead - Sales Training Language Proficiency Fluent in Hindi, English Minimum Experience Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years as a Trainer/Senior Trainer/Lead Trainer Preferred Industry Sales, Telesales, and Customer Experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or related sectors) Qualification Graduate Skills Required Expertise in sales training and delivery, especially in Telesales and Customer Care Ability to develop training content and deliver engaging presentations Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct performance gap analysis and run improvement programs Strong analytical skills for measuring training impact on performance metrics Customer handling skills and objection-handling expertise Number of Working Days 6 Days a Week (Mon to Sat) Travel Requirement Yes Location Bangalore - Work from Office Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct New Hire Training physically / virtually and ensure smooth onboarding for new Brokerage employees 2. Drive the Learning Journey for new hires 3. Deliver refresher training, product and process updates, and value-add sessions for both new and existing employees 4. Conduct Job Knowledge Quiz (JKQ) to reinforce knowledge 5. Conduct and monitor Nesting/OJT periods to ensure successful transition of new hires from training to live environment, including close performance monitoring 6. Conduct skills-based training to enhance sales, customer care, and telecalling capabilities 7. Provide monitoring, mentoring, and coaching to improve individual and team performance 8. Track and measure the efficacy of training programs conducted 9. Collaborate with the stakeholders 10. Monthly field visits with the Sales team on-field 11. Maintain training reports and documentation 12. Awareness of Training Models and Methods
