Job Description

1. Lead a team of trainers, including planning, mentoring and delivery quality checks

2. Conduct New Hire Training and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

3. Facilitate training sessions for bottom-quartile performers to enhance performance.

4. Deliver refresher training and value-add sessions for existing employees.

5. Conduct Product Knowledge Tests (and related process knowledge assessments, where applicable)

6. Provide monitoring and coaching to improve individual and team performance

7. Track and measure the efficacy of training programs conducted

8. Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and customise programmes

9. Maintain training reports and documentation

10. Awareness of Training Models and Methods and Conduct Skills-based Training to enhance team capabilities.
