Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that all lab test results are technically sound and meet customer requirements.
Ensure compliance make sure that lab activities comply with test standards.
Plan equipment capacity: Plan the capacity of lab equipment for customer test programs.
Set up and validate equipment: Set up, commission, and validate new test equipment.
Promote safety: Identify and mitigate risks to promote a safe culture.
Maintain equipment: Coordinate regular equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and service events.
Track performance: Identify and track metrics to monitor performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Ownership of Design Verification and Validation plan for specific project.
Preparation, execution and documentation of testing activities on battery packs and modules.
Regular reporting on all verification and validation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

B. E. / M. Tech. in Electrical / Electronics / E & C Engineering.
10-15 years of total experience in high voltage.
