Looking for candidate with Notice Period: 30 days or Less Only Locations: Chennai Mode of Work: Hybrid Job Description: Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans for functional and automated testing processes. Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand software functionality. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools effectively. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members in testing methodologies and best practices. Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes to enhance product quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on functional testing and automation. Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation development. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Ability to analyze complex software systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document test results and collaborate with team members.
