Conducting thorough testing of CNC machines, good knowledge on Sinumerik systems is beneficial.

Developing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to ensure the functionality and performance of CNC machines.

Automating the basic use cases using python. Test script maintenance and adaptation for multiple targets.

Understanding field or customer issues, debug, perform in-depth analysis, identify the root cause.

Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting issues related to CNC machine operations.

Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve testing processes and machine performance.

Staying updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and automation.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Troubleshooting customer problems & provide timely feedback & support.

Making sure all required tests are executed on identified versions and platforms.

Performing Risk Based Testing and test case optimization on all applicable platforms.

Striving for Continuous improvement of existing tests, tools, and processes.

Providing timely status to the stakeholders & management.
Youll win us over by

Holding a degree BE / B. Tech / M. Tech " / ME or equivalent preferably in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics/ Instrumentation/Comp. Science with 5-7 years of experience in handling CNC systems, with a focus on Sinumerik systems.

Having a strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming, and maintenance.

Having experience with automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Possessing excellent critical thinking skills and diligence.

Having exposure to Configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, ClearCase, GIT)

Exhibiting effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Having the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Possessing good interpersonal Communication skills to manage international customers.

Having exposure to any of the test automation framework.

Being knowledgeable of any defect management tools, lean/agile practices, Testing life cycle and Release processes and Product Lifecycle Management processes.
