The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience with expertise in automated testing using Java/Selenium
Proficiency in Karate scripting for API testing is essential
This role requires AWS awareness to support cloud-based applications
Responsibilities include designing and implementing test strategies, ensuring high-quality releases, and performing technical mentoring
The candidate will also manage and technically guide a team of 5 QA engineers, overseeing their assignments and career development
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must
