Lead Technical Recruiter

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 7–10 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written communication, and storytelling skills.
• Sales Pitch: Excellent outbound hiring approach to engage and attract candidates.
• Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
• Networking: Strong LinkedIn presence and sourcing capabilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media hiring.
• Leadership: Ability to handle and guide a recruitment team while acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for the team, and capable of working in an individual contributor (IC) capacity to achieve hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical hirings, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring goals.
• Craft compelling job pitches and narratives to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms; maintain a strong network.
• Create and publish job postings across relevant channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring records.
• Stay active on job boards and social platforms to identify quality prospects.
• Handle and mentor the recruitment team, act as POC for the team, and contribute as an individual contributor when needed to achieve hiring goals.
