Job Summary:

IT Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.
    • Allocate roles, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure hiring targets and timelines are met.
    • Promote best practices, process compliance, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Drive team training initiatives to enhance sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Technical Hiring Delivery

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technology talent.
    • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and engagement in niche tech communities.
  • Stakeholder & Strategic Engagement

    • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders by understanding their talent needs and advising on workforce planning.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
    • Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Reporting & Operational Excellence

    • Own recruitment data accuracy and deliver regular reports on hiring metrics, performance trends, and pipeline health.
    • Analyze recruitment outcomes and use data insights to drive strategic decisions and process enhancements.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6 to 11 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, with a strong blend of hands-on hiring and team management.
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams with a focus on performance, collaboration, and development.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, current market trends, and modern sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive planning, execution, and reporting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with a commitment to meeting hiring deadlines.
