Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain secure, scalable Kubernetes clusters. Implement Helm charts for consistent deployments. Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. Provision infrastructure using Terraform on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with client IT/support teams to manage ITSM tickets, provide status updates, and occasionally work off-hours. Automate tasks using PowerShell or Bash. Set up automated monitoring, alerting, and logging systems. Plan infrastructure for microservices-based applications. Implement cloud security and RBAC best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Azure Infrastructure. Strong scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell. Experience with cloud networking, load balancers, firewalls, and RBAC. Familiarity with DevSecOps, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400) preferred. Agile development process exposure. Knowledge of SQL and .NET apps is an added advantage.
