Responsibilities

1. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT lateral and leadership positions.
2. Drive hiring strategies specifically for BFSI requirements, ensuring quality and timely closures.
3. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, market mapping, etc.).
4. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters (minimum 2+ years of team-handling experience required).
5. Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
6. Track hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, and share regular updates with leadership.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in recruitment, including recent hands-on experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
2. Current designation must be AM / TM / TL (or equivalent) on paper.
3. Strong experience in BFSI hiring is

4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
5. Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
6. Graduation is mandatory.
