Job Description

Lead end-to-end supply chain with direct impact on new product success
Drive strategic transformation in a dynamic consumer brand

About Our Client

A rapidly growing, innovation-driven personal care and beauty brand that blends modern R&D with a deep understanding of consumer needs. The company operates in the FMCG space and is known for launching trend-focused, high-quality products while maintaining a strong operational backbone. With an entrepreneurial spirit, this organization emphasizes agility, creativity, and operational efficiency.

Lead demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics
Align supply chain plans with NPD projects from prototype to mass production
Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams
Negotiate and manage vendor and 3PL partnerships, ensuring SLA and quality compliance
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches
Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance while proactively managing risks

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods/manufacturing
Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and NPD integration
Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations (MBA preferred)
