Lead Solution Architect

As the Quality Lead for the API and Master Data Management (MDM) team, your main responsibilities include: - Leading quality related activities for the API and MDM team by: - Conducting functional requirement reviews and obtaining signoff - Documenting impact analysis - Preparing solution architecture options and cost analysis - Reviewing and approving technical designs - Reviewing and approving unit test plans - Acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the API and MDM platforms, including interfaces to external applications. - Providing input to design work for API and MDM development activities and deliverables. - Conducting production support analysis for both Platform Management and Solution Delivery for critical and complex issues. - Collaborating with the application team to provide insights on functional and technical design activities related to API and MDM Solution Delivery. - Driving high-quality functional specifications and proper requirements. - Being responsible for proof of concepts (POC) and technical roadmap activities to ensure alignment with the platform roadmap. - Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to ensure alignment with EA direction. - Creating and presenting Solution Architecture proposals with multiple implementation options to IT Governance and Technology Strategy (GTS) team. - Staying updated on API management, Gateway management, APIGEE, and API-based integrations best practices and new technology developments. - Executing Proof of Concepts (POC), documenting outcomes, and standardizing implementation where applicable within the application integration and MDM team. - Identifying cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities. - Providing multiple solutions to a business problem, performing analysis of each option, and suggesting the best option. - Presenting potential solutions/enhancements to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
