Lead Solution Architect

As an experienced Solution Architect in the Telco industry, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end conversations on Mobile BSS/OSS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading discussions on BSS/OSS for Mobile, understanding business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. - Taking the lead in process flow and integration designs to ensure alignment with requirements and reusability for future needs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and offer technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensuring that the architecture design is scalable, secure, and meets performance requirements. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance, and Rating & Billing. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the Telecommunications industry. - Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, particularly in BSS/OSS for Mobile, Sales/CPQ/Catalog, Order Management, Service Assurance, and Rating & Billing processes. - Knowledge of Telco-specific processes and systems. - Excellent ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reusable workflow processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
