1. Job Summary:

1. A proven individual with experience in leading the Design, EPC and tendering works of a solar project with a minimum 10 MW capacity.
2. Proven leadership, problem-solving approach, and stakeholder management skills.
3. Experience in Design, tendering, costing and execution of Solar farms.

1. Responsibilities

   :

1. Guide, mentor and teach a team for proper design and execution of the projects.
2. Preparing plans and procedures for safe, quality and timely execution of the EPC project.
3. Create MIS reports for submission to the Head of Solar Business.
4. To prepare costing and tenders based on the design supplied by client
5. Strong knowledge of IS/IEC standards including IS 732, IS 1255, IS 3043, IS 5613, IEC 60364, IEC 62446, along with CEA/CERC grid codes.
6. Preparing SLDs, cable sizing, earthing, lightning protection.
7. Designing DC/AC systems, inverter and transformer integration, and grid interconnection.

8. Qualifications

   :

1. Degree/Diploma from renowned university / college in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics Engineering.
2. Min experience of 5 years in a good solar OEM, IPP company.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/Dig SILENT, PVsyst, and MS Excel is required.

1. The work location is at our HO in Pune.
2. Travel to various project sites during execution.

2. Constant monitoring of the sites and taking preventive measures to avoid loss of time and equipment, components like modules, inverters, cables etc.
3. Auditing of the total project with respect to the initial design and fine tuning the total project to the desired results.
